I received a notification on the delivery day to say that the flowers had been delivered. This was not the case. I contacted the florist who responded quickly to say there had been a mix up & they apologized and said they would be delivered first thing next morning. The flowers were eventually delivered mid afternoon next day & were beautiful. Unfortunately, it was far too late for my sister’s birthday which was the day before. I won’t use this florist again.

Appreciated the florist taking the initiative to check the date of the funeral and then emailing me.
