I liked that they contacted me and let me know that they did not have all the flowers to make what I ordered BUT they would substitute and it would be as lovely. This was ordered late in the day and still delivered same day so they came through. Arrangement was for my Aunt and she sent pictures, beautiful arrangement and well worth it. I will order from them again.
